My stay at Tosei Hotel Cocone Ueno was delightful! The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Ueno Station and close to many shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with luggage and recommendations for nearby attractions. Daily housekeeping included fresh towels and a thoughtful supply of tea and water, making me feel very cared for.

I felt frustrated with the laundry situation. it was not clearly updated on the television, and I wasted time trying to find an empty machine. The room was even smaller than expected, making it quite claustrophobic, especially given the lack of a view. Additionally, the staff were not very friendly. their lack of helpfulness definitely added to my disappointing experience.
